The Burj Khalifa was designed by Adrian Smith, of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill LLP. Construction began on 6 January 2004, and the building was officially opened on 4 January 2010. The tower has 163 habitable floors. From the ground to the pinnacle of the spire, it measures 828 meters (2,717 ft). The Burj Khalifa is part of a large-scale development called Downtown Dubai. Denali – Alaska

Not everyone may be up for summiting 20,210-foot Denali, North America’s highest peak in Denali National Park and Preserve. But K2 Aviation in Talkeetna takes visitors on flights around the massive mountain and, weather permitting will land on a glacier on the side of the mountain for hikes and views usually only seen by serious mountaineers.

If you want to see some of the most beautiful and rugged landscapes in America, take a trip to Denali National Park in Alaska. Denali is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Alaska. This park is home to Mount McKinley(20,310 feet), the tallest mountain in North America, and offers visitors amazing views of the surrounding terrain. However, Denali is also a dangerous place to visit. The weather can change rapidly and the mountain is home to Grizzlies and other wildlife that can be dangerous if approached. Visitors should always take caution while hiking or camping in the area.
